I have been fighting breast cancer since May 2025, and life has thrown me some tough challenges. I was left with nothing but the clothes on my back and became homeless. Right now, I’m staying with family, but I lost my job because I can’t carry anything heavy. The chemo is taking a toll on me, and I’m struggling to eat and maintain my strength. Bills are piling up, and while my family is helping, I need more support.
Before I was diagnosed, I had purchased a new car, and keeping up with the payments is a constant worry. I don’t want to lose my car—it’s what takes me to my doctor appointments and helps me stay connected to the care I need. On top of everything, chemo gave me neuropathy, which took away the ability to connect my brain to my body. I had four big falls, breaking my meniscus in both knees, and I just had knee surgery. I will need surgery on my other knee soon, and both legs are getting meniscus repair.
I’m reaching out with a humble heart, asking for any help you can offer—whether it’s food, gas, or money. The ability to stand here and share my testimony with everyone who’s been here, seeing my progress with beating this cancer, keeps me fighting. Don’t give up. It’s been very hard because I’ve been doing this all by myself. Any support will make a difference as I continue my journey to recovery. Thank you for reading and for any help you can give.
