Hi my name is Jessica Witcher. I’m a 21 year old, new apartment owner. I’ve been working 2 jobs trying to pay the bills and it’s barely enough. I’ve recently been in a terrible car wreck and I’m going to be out of work for a while. I don’t ask for help at all, but between bills, medical bills, and daily expenses I need the help.
