Support Jessica Saint's Stroke Recovery

Hello my name is Jessica Saint, I had a stroke on April 27th and I haven't got to return back to work full time yet. I stay exhausted,The whole right side of my body is numb, I am needing help with bills and buying groceries for my kids. If anyone can donate and help that would be great.
