Rising to God’s call in Kenya

Hi, my name is Jessica Perez, and I am excited to share that God has called me to serve on a mission trip to the East Territory of Kenya, Africa, with the Salvation Army Summer Mission Team. From June 9th to July 27th, I will be working alongside a group of amazing individuals to support various community projects and share the love of Christ with those in need. In order to make this journey possible, I need to raise $800 by May 15th.
Whether through a financial contribution or prayer, your support will make a huge impact on my ability to serve and bless the people of Kenya.  Our theme scripture is John 10:6-18, with our theme verse being John 10:10, which says:
"The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full."
 I pray that those we encounter in Kenya will experience life in Christ and be filled with His love, goodness, and life!
 Please pray for me, the other mission teams (Mexico, Slovakia), and my team in Kenya specifically that everyone around us will see God through us, grow in deeper relationship with Him, and be impacted in a way I pray I will be.
