Our mission is to help support our favorite Respiratory Therapist, Jessica Mullen and her family!!!

Our friend and fellow Respiratory Therapist, Jessica Mullen, was recently diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. The wife and mother of two is currently undergoing chemotherapy treatment, which will be followed by radiation and in the upcoming months, surgery. As the sole financial provider for her family, she pushes to continue working, even with the crippling side effects from the chemotherapy. However, there will be a time where she will be unable to work due to the aggressive progression of her treatment. We would like to help lessen the financial burden this will bring to her and her family.

Her diagnosis comes just one year after her son and husband were in a horrific accident that left her husband a double leg amputee. Throughout the last year, she and her family have faced many struggles and challenges, and now she’s fighting a battle for her life.

Jess is an all-star respiratory therapist, that has been working in this career for 14 years. She has made a giant impact on our Western New York healthcare community with her diligent work ethic, kind heart and passion for her job. She works at 3 local hospitals and is known as a leader with a contagiously happy and positive attitude. The countless days, or nights, Jess works to make sure her staff and patients are properly cared for is endless.

We hope that all fellow respiratory therapists, nurses, doctors, friends, family, and community members help us show this amazing young woman that we care.
