On Wednesday, June 18th, 2025, our niece Jessica Casey was in a horrific car accident. Jessica had been working multiple twelve-hour shifts in the days leading up to the accident, and was called into work on the 17th of June, which was her day off. She got off work at 7 a.m. the morning of the 18th and only had 3 hours of sleep before her next shift on the 18th and fell asleep at the wheel.

She was ejected from the driver window and sustained broken bones in most of her face and jaw, a broken collar bone, and broken ribs. Jessica did not have health insurance through her employer, and could not afford health insurance on her own.

Jessica has multiple surgeries scheduled to repair her collar bone, her face and jaw injuries, and her vehicle was totaled.

I am asking for donations to help her with her hospital bills and other expenses during the long recovery period that she is facing.
