The Templar Family needs your help! My sister, Jessica, along with her husband, Jeromie, who is a disabled veteran, and their 13-year-old daughter were recently made homeless.

On the morning of July 31, 2025, a man who was driving while ability impaired veered his SUV off the road and crashed into their beautiful home. We are all so grateful that the family was not at home at the time of the accident. They do have several pets, and none of them were hurt or lost.

Even though no one in the family was injured, their house sustained significant damage, both outside and inside the home. The impact caused the whole house to shift 2 and a half inches. There is damage to the foundation, siding, the kitchen, and dining room. The main water line to the house, plumbing, and sewer lines were all damaged and broken, which caused their basement to partially flood. There are also various other damages throughout the entirety of the home. Due to the amount of damage, it is not safe, and they cannot stay in their home.

They are a faith-based family and they know that God will see them through. But, they also need some help from you.

The Red Cross has been contacted and can only assist with medications and counseling at this time.

They are working with their insurance, but the family has to pay a deductible and pay for temporary housing out of pocket until the insurance company reimburses them later. They don't know how long it will take, and they can't afford all the upfront costs.

Your donation will help pay for the deductible and temporary housing costs. Their pets have been divided between three homes, and they will need help with the cost of food and supplies.

The Templars have always been the type of people to step up and give a hand to those around them who are in need of help and struggling. Their generosity to others knows no bounds. Now is the time for them to get some of that selflessness repaid back to them!
