We are raising funds to support Jesse, who has made the remarkable decision to donate one of his kidneys to Collin, a teenager in need of a life-saving transplant. Choosing to become a living organ donor is an incredible act of generosity. Jesse is selfless and has the kindest heart. He has felt inspired to do this for Collin. Jesse feels Collin still has a work to do here on earth.

Jesse was my daughter's softball coach and Collin is one of my son's best friends, which makes this journey especially meaningful to our family. Jesse is the father of six children and the sole provider for his family. He is a Utah resident, but the surgery will be taking place in California, where he will need to find and pay for lodging for himself and his wife during the surgery and his recovery. While Jesse is focused on giving Collin the opportunity for a healthier future, he will also face surgery, recovery time, and time away from work, which adds to the challenges his family will face.

Donations will help cover expenses related to the transplant process, including medical travel, lodging, lost income during recovery, and other unforeseen costs. Every contribution allows Jesse to focus on healing while knowing his family is supported.
