Support Jesse's learning journey with Internal Family System

Please help me complete my certification course in Internal Family Systems and enroll for an annual IFS learning. GOAL: £5000 GBP

Hello, my name is Jesse Kutty. I’m originally from Kerala, India, now living in Kuwait with my husband. We have two grown sons—our elder is employed, while our younger is pursuing his university education. For the past 21 years, my husband and I have been actively leading and serving our faith community in Kuwait while maintaining secular jobs to support our family. I have built a career in Human resources and my husband has been working in Sales and marketing.

My life has been shaped by personal pain and a longing to bring healing to others. I have lived with anxiety and the effects of deep childhood trauma. For a long time, I believed that my faith alone would help me overcome these struggles. While my faith has certainly been a source of strength, I have come to realize that true healing often requires deeper understanding and professional tools. That’s why I’ve chosen to retrain in the field of Psychology, counseling, and coaching (I currently hold a post graduate diploma in Human resources management). I am studying psychotherapeutic approaches, and my passion has led me to Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy — a powerful, evidence-based model for healing trauma, depression, and addiction.

I’ve been accepted into a specialized IFS training on Depression and Addictions, which will take place in October 2025 in Portugal. Additionally I would like to enrol for the advanced IFS Continuity Program annual membership which allow me to access training through out the year. These trainings are a crucial next step in equipping me to support not only my own continued healing but to be a compassionate, well-trained helper to others — especially within the faith-based and expat communities here in Kuwait and beyond. Moreover, IFS training is exceptionally scarce in Kuwait, and I would possibly be one of only a few coaches with this training in Kuwait.

The total cost of the trainings, including travel and accomodation, is £5000 ($6690). At present, I am unable to cover the cost of this training, as I am currently without a job due to a recent organizational restructuring and given the challenging economic conditions in the region, finding new employment has proven difficult. I am reaching out for help in making this opportunity a reality.
