Hello, my name is Jesse. I am 35 years old and am a chiropractor. I have been extremely healthy for my entire adult life. I recently had routine labs done and found a mass on my right testicle. I have stage 2a testicular cancer.

I need to come up with $10,000 for my surgery next week at Moffit Cancer center and other medical procedures/expenses later on. I will be out of commission for a month so my wife will have to take care of the household . We have exhausted our savings going to imaging, bloodwork and multiple out of pocket doctor's appointments.
