My name is Jess Stewart and I am reaching out for help to reunite with my family and support my mother, who is currently traveling back from Kentucky with my youngest children—Ryden, Miles, and Gracie.

Ryden is 7, is currently missing school, and is trying to be a copilot, but that's really hard for her. Miles, who is four years old and has unique needs, and Gracie, an infant, are both on the road with my mom, who is making this journey alone. Managing three children, a dog, and a long drive is incredibly difficult, especially since my mother struggles to see at night and cannot safely drive straight through.

My goal is to meet them along their route—preferably in Topeka or Hays, Kansas—to make the trip easier and safer for everyone. While I do have a truck with insurance and registration, it is not fuel-efficient and presents challenges for such a long trip. If a safe ride is available or if anyone is able to contribute in any way, it would be a tremendous help so my mom and children can get back home more quickly. Ryden is missing school, Gracie is teething and exhausted from the drive, and Miles, who doesn’t fully understand what’s happening, is anxious and trying to find us.
