This year I have been selected to compete in the age group world championships in Underwater Hockey (Octopush) ! Wahoooo I hope you can help fund my journey to a medal!

I am one of just 12 under 19 girls that will be representing Team GB in Turkey this summer. Altough underwater hockey is a lesser known sport in the UK it is very popular around the world and we will be competing against teams from New Zealand, Australia, France and Argentina to name but a few. We train hard and I attend regular squad camps in Leeds and Plymouth. My training includes swimming, running, climbing, strength and conditioning as well as plenty of octopush!

I am raising funds to support my entry to the team and to purchase the uniform and equipment I need to take with me to the competition. I will also be playing in an International Ladies underwater hockey competition in Eindhoven next month as part of the GB squad and hope to raise enough to cover my transport to and from the event.
