Help Support Jess During a Difficult Time

Dear colleagues,

I’m reaching out to you today for our wonderful colleague, Jess Odreman. Just last month, she celebrated the joy of becoming a homeowner, only to face an unimaginable challenge this week as her home was severely flooded by the devastating Hurricane Milton in Tampa.

Jess is not just a dedicated team member; she is also preparing for her wedding next month to her fiancé Kyle, a firefighter who is currently on intense duty helping others in the community. Throughout the storm, Jess showed incredible resilience, checking in on the safety of her loved ones, her dog Arthur, and still did an amazing job with her responsibilities during our CLW Atlanta conference this week. She did an incredible job even while she was dealing with her own personal crisis.

For the past four years, Jess has been the heart of the IQPC, CLN Exchange Team as our Director of Operations. Her tireless commitment to our work and unwavering support for her colleagues truly make her a remarkable person.

Now, it’s our turn to show Jess that we have her back. We’re setting up this GoFundMe campaign to help alleviate some of the financial burden she’s facing due to the flooding. Any contribution, no matter how small, will go a long way in supporting Jess as she navigates this challenging time.
