Hi my name is jerry Guzman most of ya know me as yojerry . Ok so end up catching shingles and it got so bad that it grew into 2 huge balls because of me being diabetic so I got 2 operations because it was so big . . So basically I started this go fund to see if I can raise some money for some unexpected bills and bills that I’m going to have once I get out the hospital which I’m going to be home cared for another month until my wounds heal 100%. I’m not working or receiving any funds so I won’t have any funds to pay for food and my new health plan since I’m diabetic. Please and thank you
