Hello! My name is Sam and I am creating this go fund me for funds for my father Jerry's end of life expenses. Earlier this year my father was diagnosed with stage 4 squamous cell carcinoma, he and his medical team had decided to proceed with treatment by doing chemo/radiation/and immuno therapy. Unfortunately on his second round of chemo on 4/9/2026 he had a minor stroke while receiving his infusion. While receiving multiple tests we discovered he also has sepsis that is incurable. Before Jerry's diagnosis he was his son's full time care taker along with the only income for their household. In this difficult time for our family we are having to advocate for both Jerry and his high needs disabled son and are trying to do what is best for both of their health. We hope by creating this go fund me we can take some of the financial burden off of our families sholders. We truly appreciate any help we may receive.
