Hello! Many of you know who I am but for those who don’t, my name is Jessica Stuever (Hall). I am the daughter of Jerry and Roxanne Hall.
You probably know by now, in March of this year my dad, Jerry, was diagnosed with stage 4 kidney cancer that has spread to both kidneys and surrounding lymph nodes.
Initially he was being treated with Immunotherapy and after much discussion it was time to change. In June of this year my Dad and Mom ventured down to Houston and met with Dr. Tanier. After a review of his scans, and medical records he advised, the best course of treatment is a once daily chemo drug called Cabometyx. This has been an intense course of treatment. You might already know his side effects have been blisters on his hands and feet that make it difficult to walk and use his hands, when these blisters appear. He has seen progress with this drug and will continue to be on it for the foreseeable future.
If you know my Dad you know he loves his job at Laird Noller, and working has not only made him happy, but is essential for insurance and those ever occurring treatment bills!! The largest reoccurring expense has been the one thing that is beating the cancer, his medicine!
Many of you have already reached out wanting support this journey. If you feel inclined to donate, any amount will help, you may even do so anonymously or direct to me. Any donations received will go directly toward my Dad’s medical expenses.
Your continued prayers and positive thoughts are always the most important gift and so appreciated!
