Support Jerri Lynne's Fight Against Leukemia
Donation protected
On May 17, our mom was admitted to the hospital with what we thought were symptoms of pneumonia. After several tests and a whirlwind of uncertainty, we received the heartbreaking diagnosis on Monday: Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). This is an aggressive form of cancer that affects the blood and bone marrow, and it requires immediate, intensive treatment.
She began her first round of chemotherapy on Tuesday, May 20, and will remain in the hospital for at least 30 days as she undergoes further treatment and monitoring. This has all happened so quickly, and as our family adjusts to the reality of this diagnosis, we are doing our best to surround her with love, support, and hope.
More than anything, we ask for your prayers for strength, for comfort, and for complete healing. But we also know many of you have asked how you can help in a practical way. This GoFundMe has been created to ease the financial burden during this difficult time — covering medical expenses, time away from work, and the many unexpected costs that come with a prolonged hospital stay.
Every donation, no matter the size, means the world to us — and if you’re not able to give financially, please continue lifting her up in prayer and sharing her story. We are so grateful for the love and support of our family and friends.
With heartfelt thanks,
Jerri Lynne’s Family
