Support Jerome Wright's Medical Journey

My name is Jerome Wright. I’m going through some medical issues and need help to cover my medical bills. I have heart problems my heart is functioning at 20-25%. I may need a transplant. I also have ulcerative colitis and I’m currently getting transfusions. I also have type two diabetes and need several expensive medications. I also have neuropathy as a result of diabetes. Please help
