Support Tyrone, Our Beloved Crossing Guard

Tyrone is a local Jersey City crossing guard seen weekdays at the intersection of Marin Blvd and York St. He’s always got a positive attitude that brightens the mornings of many of us in the community, and most importantly keeps our children safe as they cross the streets heading to school. Rain, snow, or wind; Tyrone is always out there with a smile on his face to serve the community. Tyrone is asking for our help as he needs additional funds to afford the security deposit for his first apartment due this Friday 6/6. He humbly approached me this morning to ask if I would be able to set this up for him. Let’s show up for a staple member of the morning commutes for many of us!
