My name is Jermaine, and I’m currently under medical care, fighting an infectious disease and now have to under go surgery in order to remove said infection. I’ve been fighting this battle since Thursday May 23rd and this has completely changed my life—I’m unable to work and won’t be able to return until my doctors release me and I recover.

Before this happened, I was working full-time in an office job, but after my company close, I was recently laid off and now I’m facing mounting bills with no income.
