Hello, my name is Jermaine Small. Back on November 17, 2023, I was shot 6 times: 3 times in my stomach, 2 times in my back, and 1 time in my chest. I suffered a lot of trauma! I currently go to dialysis 3 times a week and can't eat anything. I take TPN and saline every night in order to survive!

I'm asking if anyone can help me with my major surgery to open up my stomach to replace my lower intestine and to close it up so I can start eating normally and heal faster. The total cost of the surgery is $8,076.80, but insurance pays for everything except $800.
