My name is Dwayne Jarmon, nephew to Jermaine Jarmon and Alissa Martin, and first cousin to Braxton and Felicity Jarmon. Over the 4th of July weekend, their house was caught in the path of a flash flood. Braxton and Alissa were found earlier this week; both were confirmed dead. Felicity still hasn't been located.
