Jeremy, my boyfriend, has been battling Crohn's disease for years, but this past week has been one of the hardest yet. A sudden and severe flare-up landed him in the hospital, where doctors discovered a partial obstruction. To help, they placed an NG tube, which made it impossible for Jeremy to eat, drink water, or get proper rest. Even though the tube was recently removed, he was able to drink a little bit of water until they took another x-ray and it showed that the obstruction is getting worse. He no longer can eat or drink, and the uncertainty of his recovery has been overwhelming for both of us.

Jeremy has missed almost a week of work, and the financial strain is starting to take its toll. We're doing everything we can to support each other, but the mounting medical bills and basic living costs are more than we can handle alone. The funds raised here will go directly toward Jeremy's medical expenses, help cover our living costs, and give him the time he needs to focus on healing without the added stress of financial worries.
