Support Jeremy's Stomach Surgery and Recovery

To my family and friends...Please help me in raising money for my brother who will soon be going in for his stomach removal surgery on Wednesday. He has been battling this condition for the past 3+ years and has incurred thousands of dollars in medical bills due to his high deductible insurance.
