Jeremy Morgan’s life changed dramatically after losing both of his parents unexpectedly. At just 15, Jeremy lost his father, and soon after, he began experiencing seizures triggered by stress and other factors. In August 2024, tragedy struck again when his mother passed away. Jeremy suffered a severe seizure in her room, requiring hospitalization and heavy medication during his final goodbyes. Since then, his seizures have only worsened, and he’s faced life-threatening episodes that have required resuscitation.

Jeremy’s journey has been filled with countless medical tests, long hospital stays far from home, and ongoing uncertainty. He’s unable to work or drive, and while he’s applied for Social Security Disability, the process is slow. His siblings, friends, and extended family have stepped up to help, driving him to appointments and supporting him as best they can. But the costs of rent, utilities, food, transportation, prescriptions, and co-payments are overwhelming, and Jeremy simply doesn’t have the means to cover them all.
