Help Me Pursue My Dream: Attend Archaeological Field School at Blackwater Draw!
Hello, friends, family, and fellow archaeology enthusiasts!
I’m reaching out to you today with an exciting but challenging opportunity—one that has been my dream for many years. I have been accepted to attend a one-month archaeological field school at Blackwater Draw, the historic site where Western scientists first identified the Clovis culture. This is a pivotal moment in my career, and it will allow me to study alongside some of the leading archaeologists in the field at one of America’s most famous archaeological sites.
Why This Matters to Me
Ever since childhood, I’ve had an unshakable passion for history. Becoming an archaeologist has been my life’s dream, and now I have the chance to gain unique, hands-on experience at a site that will help shape my future in this incredible field. Attending this field school will provide invaluable training and professional connections and help me make a more significant impact in the archaeological community.
However, attending this program comes with significant financial challenges. The field school is a full month-long commitment, and I must attend without pay. This will substantially affect my family’s ability to cover monthly expenses, including bills and living costs.
How You Can Help
I hope to raise $5,000 to cover my lost income and help cover accommodation costs at the field school. Your donation will directly help me continue pursuing my passion and career in archaeology.
Sharing this campaign with your friends and family would mean the world to me even if you cannot donate. Every share brings me one step closer to making this dream a reality.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story, and for any support you can provide—whether through a donation, a share, or kind words of encouragement. I am so excited to take this next step and appreciate your belief in me and my journey.
With gratitude,
