Support Jeremy Cordes' Road to Recovery

Hi my name is Jessica Boatwright and I am trying to raise funds for my brother Jeremy Cordes. Jeremy had a seizure last week that landed him in the hospital. During the seizure he collapsed onto a cement surface and also hit his head on a wooden rail on the way down. At the hospital, an MRI showed that he has a brain tumor which is most likely the cause of this seizure. The EEG as well showed abnormal activity in that part of the brain. He also ended up with a spine fracture from his fall. He had a kyphoplasty procedure done to help stabilize the fracture and spent days in the hospital before he could begin walking on his own. He cannot drive for at least 3 months and will not be able to work while his back is out of commission. There are many unknowns still and he has been referred to a neurologist as they work to figure out if he will need surgery to remove the tumor. He has many medical bills piling up, as well as daily living costs as he recovers and figures out the next steps in his treatment. He is also a father to a young boy and I'm trying to raise enough money to get them both through at least a couple of months as he heals and gets back on his feet.
