Support Jeremi's Road to Recovery

Hey everyone,

We’re putting this together for someone we all love so much — Jeremi Clemons — who’s going through something no one could’ve expected.

A week ago, Jeremi had to have emergency open heart surgery after a staph infection attacked one of his heart valves. It all happened fast, and it was scary. Thankfully, doctors were able to replace the valve and save his life. He’s still in the hospital and has a long road of recovery ahead, but Jeremi is fighting through it — and showing up with his usual strength and heart.

If you know Jeremi, you know how special he is. He brings joy and laughter everywhere he goes. His laugh fills a room. He loves his people deeply — and right now, he needs us.

His parents and sister dropped everything to be here in NYC with him. His boyfriend Matt hasn’t left his side, and his close friends Rachel and Donald have been holding it down with love and support too. But this has been a huge emotional and financial weight on everyone.

We’re starting the goal at $20,000 to raise money for:

His medical bills

Expenses for his long recovery (which is going to take time)

Housing and travel costs for his family who’ve been by his side

And all the things that come up when life gets turned upside down
