My son Jeremiah is just 11 days old, and he was recently diagnosed with trisomy 13, a rare condition caused by an extra copy of the 13th chromosome. When I learned about his diagnosis, I chose the route of faith and decided to give Jeremiah every chance to fight and thrive. This journey has been filled with uncertainty, but I am determined to do everything possible for my son.

Because of Jeremiah’s condition, I have spent countless hours at the hospital and attending doctors appointments, both before and after his birth. I lost my job due to missing so much work while pregnant, and now the financial strain is overwhelming. The funds raised will help cover bills and transportation for me to get to and from the hospital, so I can be by Jeremiah’s side every day and give him the care he needs.
