On August 4th, our lives changed forever. Jeremiah, a loving husband, father, and hardworking truck driver, fell from his semi-truck. What we thought was a routine injury led to the most devastating diagnosis imaginable. On December 10, Jeremiah was diagnosed with ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis). This cruel disease is progressive, with no cure, and it will take away his ability to move, speak, and eventually breathe on his own.

Our hearts are shattered, but we are determined to make the time we have left with Jeremiah as meaningful and comfortable as possible. This fundraiser is to help us face the overwhelming financial challenges that come with his diagnosis.

The funds raised will go toward:

Home modifications to accommodate his changing needs.

A conversion van with a lift so we can take him to appointments and allow him to spend precious moments with his family outside the home.

Medical supplies and equipment essential for his care.

Co-pays and medical expenses not covered by insurance.

This journey is not one we ever thought we would face.
