Jeremiah Lewis was recently diagnosed with cancer. Jeremiah recently turned 16 and always has the sweetest smile on his face. He is being treated in Phoenix Childrens Hospital in AZ. The high cost of travel - a 500 mile round trip and lodging for the family of 9 are astronomical.

Please help Jeremiah and his family through this hardship.
