My name is Jerald Myrick, and I’m reaching out for help as I prepare for a major step in my health journey. On Tuesday, my doctor talked to me about the costs I’ll face after my upcoming transplant. The transplant team explained that I’ll need significant support for medication aftercare, which is a lot to manage on my own.

I work a part-time job and have been doing my best to save up, but it seems like every time I make progress, something else comes up that needs my attention. I even asked if I could pay for my medication in installments, but unfortunately, that’s not an option. The reality is that these costs are urgent and necessary for my recovery and long-term health.
