Support Jen's Recovery from Severe Blood Clots of the lungs

My name is Jen and I find myself here due to medical needs. I just got out of the hospital as I had 4 blood clots in my lungs, 3 on the right side and 1 on the left. I am a single female and what little money I had is gone and with no income coming in, I'm out of options as now my landlord will evict me.
