Support Jen's Mom in Her Brave Fight

Dear Friends,

I am reaching out to you on behalf of my mom who is again facing an enormous health challenge in her life. After winning a hard battle with kidney cancer, we learned that the cancer had spread to her bladder. Over the last six months, multiple treatments have not been effective and as a result her team at Penn has recommended a major surgery as the next step towards survivorship.

In addition to the physical challenges that this next phase will include, my mom will be unable to work during her recovery of approximately 12 weeks.

We have set up this campaign with the hope that some of you will graciously help ease the burden of medical and living expenses during these critical and very difficult next few months.

Every contribution, no matter how big or small, will make a difference and provide encouragement and hope in her brave fight. My mom's surgery is scheduled for Tuesday, April 16th.
