Support Jenny's Recovery After Car Crash

Hello to all, my name is Jenny. On December 20, 2024, as I was leaving work, I was involved in a car accident. Someone hit me as I was in an intersection, the police declared the other driver at fault at the scene. My airbags were deployed and I sustained a fractured wrist. I had to undergo surgery and now have a metal plate, screws and pins in my wrist. I have reached out to three Personal injury attorneys, who all made me aware that I do not have a case and will not receive any money in return for time out of work due to the fact that the at fault party does not have BI (Bodily Injury) on his auto insurance policy, I do not have UM (Uninsured Motorist) on my auto insurance policy. My vehicle is now considered a total loss and I am unable to get a rental car through insurance due to that. The at fault driver's auto insurance company will reimburse my auto insurance company for covering the remaining balance owed to my lien holder and my PIP will cover some of my medical bills, my health insurance will cover some, then bill me all remaining balances to pay out of pocket. I have been out of work since December 21, 2024 and will not be able to lift until six weeks post surgery, per my orthopedics instructions. I am a licensed Cosmetologist and certified Permanent Make-Up Artist, therefore I work with my hands. I work off of commission and I do not have workers compensation or any other insurance to assist me financially while I am out of work. I have to do physical therapy, get a new car, which will require a down payment, pay rent, utilities, grocery and get a rental car or use Uber or Lyft until I can purchase another vehicle.
