It’s with a heavy heart that we share the passing of the most beautiful soul, Jenny. We’re reaching out for support to help finish something that mattered deeply to her.
The beautiful, glamorous, loving, and incredibly strong Jenny Balderaz passed away on January 3, 2026.
Jenny was extraordinary. She was a daughter, a sister, a mother, and a friend. To know her was to love her, and losing someone so special has been unimaginably hard.
Beyond her warmth and love, Jenny was pure strength. She bravely battled cancer for five years—fearless, resilient, and radiant through it all. She never allowed her illness to define or stop her. She showed up every day with grace, determination, and heart.
While fighting for her life, Jenny was also fighting a long and exhausting legal battle tied to the home she had been living in. It’s a battle that has been frustrating and painful—and one that is finally nearing resolution. I wish more than anything that she were here to see it through.
In asking for help, I know I need to share a bit of what’s happening in our lives. My mom lived in her Santa Clarita home for seven years under the understanding that it would one day be hers. Unfortunately, serious wrongdoing occurred, and the situation deeply impacted her and our family. After a long fight, the court ruled in her favor. That ruling was a huge victory—but the work isn’t finished.
Jenny didn’t get to see the end of this fight, but honoring her means seeing it through. It is my mission to keep this home and finish what she fought so hard for.
This GoFundMe is a way to ask our community for support in completing something that meant everything to Jenny—our Queenie. I am fighting to keep this house, and any support, in any amount, truly means more than I can express.
Thank you to anyone who reads this, shares it, or donates. Your love and support carry us through this difficult time.
Thank you. I love you
