Support Jenny Zigrino After Her Sister's Passing

Last week, comedian and actress Jenny Zigrino lost her sister Sasha unexpectedly. She has taken a leave of absence from her career for the next couple of months during this difficult time in order to manage memorial plans, sit Shiva, provide lodging and meals for family visiting, and of course, grieve the loss of her older sister. This fundraiser aims to raise enough to cover Jenny's cost of living as she navigates life after this incredible loss.

Anyone who has encountered Sasha before would describe her as a "bright light." She loved her family deeply and was a fierce, protective older sister to Jenny, not to mention one of her biggest champions. She was generous friend, a loving dog mama, and an endlessly creative talent who found joy and meaning in even the most unexpected places.

The memorial took place on Sunday, May 7, and was attended by family and friends from all over the world, including Sasha's best friend Alicia, who flew in from Berlin. Shiva began on Monday, May 8 and will continue through the week.

I have set the goal amount for $10K to cover funeral costs, as well as Jenny's rent, bills, and general cost of living. Any donations beyond that are of course hugely welcome.
