As many of you may know, Logan and Jenny’s son Levi has had some significant health challenges in the last 3 weeks. Levi’s small intestine did not develop properly which led him to the emergency team at Sick Kids Hospital. Levi required life-saving surgery and has since been diagnosed with Short Bowel Syndrome. With this diagnosis, Levi is expected to remain at Sick Kids for a minimum of 4-6 months. He is having good days and is making progress in this unexpected health journey.

Levi’s amazing spirit has shone through the many surgeries and procedures and at only 10 weeks old, he has shown us how much of a fighter he truly is.

Our family is incredibly grateful for the outpouring of love and support we’ve received from all of you…. friends, family, and extended community.

Many of you have kindly asked how you can help, and while we are not asking for financial support, we appreciate that some may still want to contribute in that way. To make it easier for those who wish to lend support through donations, we’ve set up this GoFundMe. Any contributions will go toward easing some of the financial strain from travel for out-of-town health care, loss of wages for Jenny and Logan, and medical expenses. This will also help ensure Jenny, Logan, and Oaklyn can spend as much time with Levi as possible during this challenging period.
