Friends & Family are raising funds for Jenn. To be used for:

On Sunday June 29th, Jennifer was admitted into Salem Hospital and informed that she has a 3 cm brain tumor & a small growth on one of her lungs.

Within 48 hrs. she underwent brain surgery to have the tumor removed.

In 2021 she lost her left kidney to renal cancer. On July 21st its was confirmed that her renal cancer has returned. She scheduled to start radiation the week of July 28th, as well as auto immune treatment.

Drs want to do a deep full body imaging for the growth on the lung and to make sure the cancer is isolated.

Jennifer is in need of donated state leave hours as well as any financial support to help her get through this transition period

She is trying to maintain a positive outlook, spending time with family and friends. She is open to phone calls, text messages and short visits.

Jennifer just celebrated 9 years working at the Oregon State Hospital. She is a proud, active union member, as a worksite steward, general counsel delegate and bargaining delegate. She got involved with SEIU to help fight for stronger contract language to protect her co-workers and improve the quality of care at OSH.

She currently lives with her dog and a roommate. She has the love and support of her daughters, co-workers, family, and friends.
