Writing this on behalf of my student Jenni and her family. Jenni is a 10 year old in 5th grade who has recently been diagnosed with a brain tumor.

Jenni underwent 2 surgeries to remove a tumor in Jan 2025. Fast forward to November 2025, she was seen after having headaches. Tests were done and her family was notified that more surgeries would be necessary to remove another Grade 3 Ependymoma tumor. Jenni and her mom must now head to San Diego, far away from home and far from family, where she will undergo radiation treatment. Jenni's mom has had to stop working to care for her. If you can donate, no amount is too small and is greatly appreciated. All money raised will go directly to her mom to aide in any expenses such as travel, food, bills, etc. Thank you and God bless.

Escribo esto en nombre de mi alumna Jenni y su familia. Jenni es una niña de 10 años que cursa quinto grado y a quien recientemente le diagnosticaron un tumor cerebral. En enero de 2025, Jenni se sometió a dos cirugías para extirpar un tumor. En noviembre de 2025, tras presentar dolores de cabeza, le realizaron pruebas y su familia fue informada de que serían necesarias más cirugías para extirpar otro tumor de ependimoma de grado 3. Jenni y su madre deben viajar a San Diego, lejos de su hogar y de su familia, donde recibirá tratamiento de radioterapia. La madre de Jenni ha tenido que dejar de trabajar para cuidarla. Si pueden donar, cualquier cantidad, por pequeña que sea, será muy apreciada. Todo el dinero recaudado se entregará directamente a su madre para cubrir gastos como viajes, comida, facturas, etc.
