Hello! I’m Jennii Sánchez. I am a 3rd-year undergraduate pre-veterinary medicine student at Sam Houston State University. I have been blessed with the opportunity to travel to Italy and embark on this journey to gain a deeper understanding of sustainable and ethical animal care within Italy’s agricultural systems. I will be able to learn about livestock welfare, disease prevention, and sustainable farming practices that promote both productivity and animal well-being. I look forward to exploring advancements in veterinary care, sustainable feed systems, and biodiversity conservation efforts. This course will serve as an advanced course that will go towards my animal science major.
