Support Jennifer's Recovery After a Life-Altering Stroke

My name is Emma Schall and I’m reaching out on behalf of my mother, Jennifer Schall — a devoted mother, daughter, sister, and friend who is currently facing one of the most difficult challenges of her life.

At just 53 years old, Jennifer suffered a severe hemorrhagic stroke caused by high blood pressure. The stroke left her with paralysis on the left side of her body, and while she is slowly regaining feeling and movement, her path to recovery is long and uncertain.

Jennifer is currently undergoing intensive rehabilitation at a hospital-based facility, but due to the severity of her condition, she will soon need to transition into a long-term care rehab center to continue rebuilding her strength and independence.

In addition to the stroke, Jennifer also lives with several chronic health conditions, including severe scoliosis, diabetes, and interstitial cystitis — all of which have required ongoing medical care throughout her life. She has faced each challenge with strength and resilience, but the cumulative toll has been significant.

The funds raised will go directly toward covering extensive medical bills and the ongoing costs of rehabilitation, which are essential to giving Jennifer the best chance at a full recovery.

Before the stroke, Jennifer lived an active and creative life — she loved riding horses, staying fit, taking long walks, and nurturing her beautiful garden. She’s also a gifted artist, with a remarkable talent for charcoal and oil painting, creating everything from custom kitchen cabinets to stunningly realistic portraits.

Jennifer lives in Fort Lauderdale with her loving partner, Patrick, and has played a meaningful role in the lives of his two young daughters, who are in elementary and middle school. She cherishes their time together — whether it’s driving them to soccer practice, going fishing, or simply being a supportive presence as they grow up. Jennifer looks forward to the day when she can return to the life and family she loves so dearly.
