Support Jennifer's Parents in Their Time of Need

Hello, my name is Jennifer Davis, and I am hoping to raise some money for my parents. The last few months have been a nightmare for my family, and we are still trapped on this emotional roller coaster.

At the beginning of the summer, my dad started to feel some right-sided weakness. Thinking it might be his shoulder, he went to the doctor, got x-rays, and it showed nothing, so he just took a couple of weeks' rest. My parents are both avid cornhole players, so it started to affect his game. My dad is very stubborn, so it took a lot of convincing to have him agree to go to the doctor. That is where our nightmare began. After many diagnostic tests and bloodwork, it was found that he had multiple lesions on his brain. They were unsure at that time what it was; that, of course, would take more testing. After a lot of thought, my parents decided to go through with the biopsy. The results felt like they took forever to come back, but they confirmed the worst. My dad was diagnosed with CNS lymphoma. The prognosis is very poor, but we continue to stay positive. The next few months will consist of palliative radiation therapy to keep his quality of life the best it can be.

As you can imagine, going through this is stressful enough, but you know that insurance doesn't cover everything. So, my mom also has the worry of how she is going to cover the medical bills. All of the money raised will go directly to her to help with everyday expenses, bills, and travel. We are trying our best to stay strong during this difficult time, and your help will always be greatly appreciated! God bless!
