Hi, my name is Jen.
In December 2025, my life changed when I was diagnosed with Invasive Ductal Carcinoma, which is an aggressive type of breast cancer. What started as a routine concern quickly became a reality I never imagined I’d be facing.
Since then, my world has become a cycle of doctor visits, scans, biopsies, treatment planning, and constant uncertainty. I’m doing everything I can to stay strong and positive, but the emotional, physical, and financial weight of this diagnosis has been overwhelming.
I’ve always been someone who works hard, shows up for others, and handles life head-on. Asking for help doesn’t come naturally to me — but right now, I truly need it.
️ What I’m Facing
Breast cancer has affected every part of my life.
I am currently undergoing / preparing for:
- Ongoing medical appointments and treatment
- Tests, imaging, and procedures.
- 6 months of Chemotherapy (Starting February 9th).
- Surgery / radiation / medication.
At the same time, I’m dealing with:
- Lost or reduced income due to treatment and recovery.
- Travel costs for appointments.
- Basic living expenses while I’m unable to work consistently.
- Out-of-pocket medical expenses (Until my company insurance kicks in on March 1, 2026).
Even with insurance, the bills add up quickly — and the stress of finances on top of cancer is something no one should have to carry alone.
How Your Support Will Help
Funds raised will go directly toward:
- Medical bills and treatment costs not covered by insurance.
- Prescriptions and medical supplies.
- Travel and gas for appointments.
- Rent, utilities, and basic living expenses.
- Recovery needs after surgery or treatment.
Every single donation — no matter the amount — will help relieve an enormous burden and allow me to focus on the most important thing right now: healing and surviving this.
A Thank You From My Heart
If you are able to donate or share this fundraiser, please know that it means more to me than I can express.
Your kindness, support, messages, and generosity are what keep me going on the hard days. I am so grateful to everyone standing with me during this fight.
Thank you for helping me take one step closer to recovery.
With love and gratitude,
Jen
