I'm Yshanett. I’m asking for help on behalf of a strong, hardworking single mother and her 7-year-old daughter who are going through an incredibly tough time right now.

Jennifer has spent years working two jobs—day and night—just to make sure her little girl had everything she needed. She’s done it all on her own, with no complaints, no handouts, and a heart full of love and sacrifice. She’s always been the one people turn to for help. Now, she’s the one who needs it.

Recently, she lost one of her jobs. That second income was what kept her household afloat. And while she’s doing her best to stay strong and keep going, she’s struggling to find another job that works with her and her daughter’s schedule. The bills are piling up fast, and the fear of losing their home is becoming very real.

She needs financial assistance just to buy a little time—time to find a new job, time to breathe, and time to keep her and her daughter safe and housed. She’s not asking for luxuries. She just wants to avoid the unthinkable: becoming homeless with her baby girl.
