Our family recently received heartbreaking news—my sister, Jennifer, has been diagnosed with breast cancer. What should have been one of the happiest years of her life has suddenly turned into one of the most challenging.

She was supposed to get married this year to her amazing fiancé, Rory, and begin a beautiful new chapter together. Sadly, due to her diagnosis and the treatments ahead, they’ve had to postpone their wedding so she can focus on her health and recovery. While this has been incredibly difficult for both of them, Rory has been by her side every step of the way as they face this fight together.

Because treatment will require her full time and energy, Jennifer has also had to step away from her job. This has created a heavy financial burden on top of the emotional and physical challenges she’s already facing. Rory has taken on the responsibility of covering their financial needs so Jennifer can focus entirely on her recovery, but the costs of medical care, treatments, medications, and everyday living expenses are quickly adding up.

We created this GoFundMe to help ease that burden so Jennifer can focus on what truly matters—healing and getting through treatment with the love and support of those around her.
