Support Her Battle With Heart Failure

Hi, I'm a 51-year-old woman who recently had a heart attack and has been diagnosed with heart disease/chronic systolic congestive heart failure and embolism to the left middle cerebral artery . I had a stroke in 2018 caused by my plasma getting to thick something in my genes that causes this i was prescribed blood thinners and soon after couldnt afford them which part cause of heart attack . Ive been prescribed them again along with 5other meds and these meds are whats going to keep me alive. . I'm unable to work and going through reconsideration process with Social Security Disability and can take up to 8 months to receive the help from them and its been a huge struggle to pay bills and get gas to make it to appointments for my heart care .Help support me through My Battle Heart failure.
