My name is Melissa Shaw and my dear friend, Jennifer Armstrong, mother has recently passed away.

Jennifer was a full-time caregiver to her loving mother, Ms. Frances, who went on to see the Lord on Tuesday, June 3rd at 11:24PM.

Ms. Frances put up a great fight in the midst of all of her pain and suffering as she battled esophageal cancer that metastasized to her liver and lungs. This caused her to go into acute respiratory failure. It was challenging and heartbreaking for Jennifer to witness such anguish from her mother; however, she was honored to be able to help Ms. Frances in her most difficult time of need.

I know that Jennifer's heart is aching that she is no longer here with her and the grandchildren; however, her spirits are lifted knowing that she's no longer suffering in pain. Jennifer is comforted knowing that her mother is now in the best place we could ever imagine. She is now in God's hands!

During our recent conversation, Jennifer shared with me that many friends and family members have asked, "What do you need?" If you know Jennifer, she's not someone who easily asks for help. Jennifer is the one who searches for ways to help others. Knowing this, I want to create a way to bless Jennifer and her kids during this difficult time.

With Jennifer's mother passing, you can imagine that there are a lot of expenses to be taken care of. Jennifer can no longer rely on her mother's additional income. I am humbly asking for any donation that you can give to bless Jennifer and her children. No amount is too small. With your blessings, the funds will be used to take care of expenses related to Ms. Francis' recent passing.
