Support Jennifer Ambrose in Their Battle Against Lung Cancer

Dear friends and family or anyone kind enough to help,
I am reaching out to you today with a heavy heart but also with hope and determination. As some of you may or may not know, my friend and teammate, Jennifer Ambrose, has recently received a devastating diagnosis of lung cancer.
She would like to share a message with all of you.
Dear friends and family,
I wanted to take a moment to share some news with you. I was recently diagnosed with an atypical carcinoid in my left main bronchus, and I will be undergoing lung surgery on Thursday, November 14th. The surgeons will be performing a resection of the main branch of my lung stem in hopes of removing all of the tumor.
As you might know, this type of cancer doesn’t respond well to chemotherapy or radiation, so the best chance for a successful outcome is through surgery. This means I will be off work for a while, which is a significant concern for me and my family as I contribute financially to our household.
For those who don’t know, I am a medical massage therapist, and I take great pride in helping my clients feel better and improve their daily lives through my work. This is something I love dearly, and it’s hard for me to step away from it.
I never thought I would find myself in a position where I would need to ask for help, but I’m reaching out now because anything you can offer would truly help us stay afloat until I can recover and return to work.
I will have my husband provide updates on my surgery and recovery, and we will also keep everyone posted on Facebook.
Thank you so much for your support and understanding.
With love,
Jennifer
I understand that times are hard for everyone currently, and I wouldn't begin to ask for support if it wasn't so important that someone who has always helped everyone around them and has never asked for help finally gets a little help back. Your contributions, no matter how small, will make a significant difference in Jennifer's recovery journey. Additionally, we ask that you keep Jennifer and her family in your thoughts and prayers for a smooth surgery and a swift recovery.
She has an unwavering spirit. With our support, we can help her focus on healing and getting back to the life she loves.
Thank you for your kindness and generosity. Together, we can help Jennifer and her family through this difficult time.
