On July 17th, Jenna found herself in the ER with 10/10 abdominal pain. After poking, prodding, and a CT scan, they found that a cyst had likely ruptured, causing the pain. Unfortunately, the CT scan also revealed a volleyball-sized tumor on her ovary. On July 23rd, she learned that while it is almost certainly not malignant, it will have to be removed along with a full hysterectomy. Not only is the surgery expensive, but the 4+ day hospital stay, previous scans, tests, and time off of work is why I'm asking for support for Jenna. I would love to help lessen the stress of at least one aspect of this journey for her.
